Developing International Collaborations
Collaborations with overseas institutions are an important part of Penn State's plan for global engagement. There are many types of collaborations and linkages, from one-to-one faculty projects to multi-level, interdisciplinary engagements involving several colleges or campuses.
If you are interested in collaborating abroad, or have been approached by another institution about collaboration, we will work with you to determine if written agreements are required, what type of agreement is appropriate (Letter of Intent, Memorandum of Understanding, or Memorandum of Agreement), and what approvals are needed.
