Affidavit of Support
If you are not using your own funds to support your educational expenses, we require notification from your financial sponsor(s) of the amount of money available to you each year and the length of time of the support.
Financial Sponsors Who are Not U.S. Citizens or U.S. Permanent Residents
We request a signed and dated letter including their name, your name and their relationship to you. They should clearly indicate their intention to provide at least the minimum financial requirement for each year while you are studying at Penn State.
Financial Sponsors Who are U.S. Citizens or U.S. Permanent Residents
The I-134 Affidavit of Support is used by financial sponsors living in the United States who are U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents.
