The University Office of Global Programs, as the center for all things international at Penn State, is committed to providing the best in services for both international students coming to Penn State and students engaging in Education Abroad.

Are you a student from a country outside the U.S. interested in studying at Penn State or already part of our community? We have a wealth of services and programs to offer in support of your academic career. In addition to helping you through the maze of regulations and academic rules, we provide a number of cultural and social activities in an effort to give you a warm welcome to our campus.

The University Office of Global Programs is located on the fourth floor of Boucke Building, across from the HUB in the center of campus. The Global Programs Lounge in 410 Boucke is a traditional meeting place for many international events, and is open Monday-Friday evenings during fall and spring semesters until 9:00 p.m. for reading, relaxing, studying, watching TV, or just hanging out with friends. Plan to stop by for our International Coffee Hour, held each Thursday at 3:30 p.m. in the Global Lounge—we look forward to getting to know you and helping you achieve your goals.
